There is a compass that points us back to ourselves and opens our higher centers. Often we find that we are "away from ourselves". We feel depleted or abandoned or alone, and it seems sometimes as if we're traveling in some dark forest with no idea how to get back home. Fortunately there are tools and techniques that provide a compass, pointing us back to ourselves. We can then open our higher centers, experience the fourth dimension, raise our vibration, and go beyond the appearance of things. An emotional alchemy happens as we transform our fear into love and faith, the fire of rage into light, our grief into compassion and connection. It is then that we come back to ourselves. We find our selves once again. We become centered.
Probably the most important thing you can do on this earth is to find your Higher Self. It's the reason you were born, and it's the key to healing and inner power. Many people talk about their Higher Power. It's the same thing. Others talk about The Force. Still others call it God. Whatever you call it, it's the essence of all life and All That Is. Here are three magic keys that you can use to make contact with your inner self, higher self.
Many people have asked me the question whether energy healing really works or not. Well, there is no official "scientific" proof, however, the impact of energy work on the human body has been demonstrated by using MRI scans showing its impact on the brain function. In particular, Chinese and USA researchers performed functional MRI tests, which show brain activity, exploring the mysteries of energy healing such as acupuncture.
Tests were performed by Dr. LI Guozhen of Beijing hospital. He used functional MRI to monitor changes in the brain of 23 volunteers as they underwent acupuncture. They found that when needles inserted in acupressure points of the human body, blood flow and oxygen metabolism increase in corresponding functional area of the brain. Similarly, in the USA, researchers led by Zang-Hee Cho Phd, professor of MRI research at the University of California in Irvine, compared MRI responses to visual and acupuncture stimulation of 3 female and 9 male volunteers. They both came to the same conclusion: Stimulation of the acupoints, increase the brain activity in the corresponding functional areas. Needles inserted 2-5 cm away from the acupoints did NOT produce the same response.
